This blog is inspired by the #52ancestors challenge which gives us the opportunity to tell the stories that our mom has collected over her years of genealogical research. I remember her telling me that her passion started when she was young (junior high maybe?) when her father mentioned trying to find out some details on a relative Prisque Fagnan's life. I still remember getting hooked in grade 8 when we did a Family Tree project at school and mom gave me her Faculté Saint-Jean library pass so that I could research like she had.
